Q:Why does it take so long to renew prescriptions? When my pharmacy (Walgreens) requests refills on them it takes 3 to 5 days before they hear back from you. This is a huge inconvenience.

I don't have a problem, if I don't get an answer I move on to another number. ie: #1, #2, #3. They check the faxes daily.
I love Cottonwood Creek Clinic! The people there are SO nice and polite. Especially Tia at the front desk…she is always so pleasant and polite and helpful!
If I ever have a problem (seldom) she always helps me through it.

I've been a patient of Rick and Tamara (and occasionally Dr. Naylor) for more than 10 years - I came over with him from his last clinic.
You simply can't beat his sincere caring and compassion, and his willingness to go above and beyond. And he's done that for me on a couple of occasions.
The staff are efficient and professional - and stay VERY busy and engaged. I know that you can't be mired in paperwork all day long and make immediate return calls - it just is humanly impossible. But they always come through for me.
Rick has taken care of my CDL/Medical physical for at least five renewals (at 75 now, I'm on a one-year-cycle [unfortunately]) but still can pass it. I'm sure part of that is because Cottonwood Creek Clinic helps me stay in great shape.
And I've had a couple of situations where, due to illness or injury, I needed to be seen promptly and without a long-advance appointment - they've always found a way to take care of me.
I think I'll just stay with the best. Thanks for your care.
