  When my wife and I bought our house, we were told we would need a new HVAC system within the next couple years. I was dreading that. Heavily! I have had issues with HVAC companies in the past, hence the additional hesitence. The time came to replace the system. After lots of research, I found legacy. They are a small family-owned business, which is exactly what we wanted. They were VERY COMPETITIVE with pricing and had that personal touch you get with an HONEST BUSINESS. Jake and Bill were phenomenal. Jake helped me pick out the right system for my home and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. He made sure to find something that would make my wife happy with the noise level. He helped with my water heater and ensured everything was set up after the fact beautifully. Bill's hard work with the installation was much appreciated. Once finished, they made sure we were happy with our setup and addressed any questions in a very timely manner. Both were, very nice guys, extremely respectful of our house, and made sure we knew what they were doing every step of the way. For anyone who needs it, financing is available! Oh, and by the way, Jake could've easily said we need a new water heater and didn't! We heard knocking from it and thought that was ready to go too! He helped me flush it and then made sure it heated up quickly. We have more time! I'll take it, even if it's just a little. We feel so good about this purchase and are glad we went with Legacy. The dread has been replaced with confidence. Everything about it gave me such a good feeling and such relief. Take it from somebody who is far more nervous about their HVAC than they let on, go with Legacy. Thank you for reading this verbose story.

  After an unexpected furnace death due to a leaking whole house humidifier, and some very unprofessional behavior from our longtime heating and air company, I called Legacy. Jake was able to come out within the hour, assess our situation and give us options, all of which were priced well under the larger "local" company we'd used for many years. Five minutes with Jake and I knew more about the system we had, the reason it failed and how the new system setup would stop this from ever happening again. Highly recommend!!
